At the forefront of data-driven decision making, this pivotal role plays a key part in crafting and refining compliance dashboarding, analytics, and insights for our client's Compliance Enterprise Client Data Office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable compliance dashboards, analytics, and metrics that cater to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Design and implement automated pipelines and audit-ready regulatory reports, ensuring seamless data integration and precision.
  • Translate complex business or regulatory requests into precise data models, driving informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to enhance our compliance posture.
  • Effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Provide ad-hoc support, including managing data requests, assisting with regulatory reporting, and supporting automation and peer code reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years industry experience in data analysis and data management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • 2+ years experience in Compliance and Regulatory Reporting areas, with expertise in interpreting regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and database concepts, with hands-on experience in building scalable applications.
  • Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and application development, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Airflow, Cursor, and BI tools such as QuickSight or Superset, with proficiency in leveraging these technologies for enhanced data visualization.
  • Experience working with compliance and investigation tools, with a strong understanding of data governance principles.
  • Able to synthesize ambiguous regulatory requests into clear technical requirements, driving project success.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse development and best practices, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present reports, dashboards, and complex results to Executives.
