This is a high-level management role for the Senior Leadership Director Manila, responsible for overseeing the effective risk and operational management of business functions located on site.

The individual will lead a team of technology professionals and be responsible for managing the development and implementation of new technologies, ensuring the security and efficiency of existing systems.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Manila Target Operating Model for business functions, aligning with global strategies and standards.
  • Technology Leadership: Build, grow, and invest in a world-class engineering workforce.
  • Talent Management & Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent in Manila, ensuring strong service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a successful career track record in the financial industry, a strong technology background, and experience in working in a multi-cultural and international organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technology professionals to manage the development and implementation of new technologies.
  • Ensure the security and efficiency of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with global functional leads to ensure consistency of standards, processes, and technology across teams.
  • Represent Manila with key stakeholders in the APAC region and globally within the Global Functions.
