Product Development Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will have deep expertise in product and packaging development processes.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and packaging meet the needs of our target audience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product and packaging development from concept through execution
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting research to gather data that clarifies product specifications
  • Serve as the expert for product and packaging review, ensuring samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements
  • Manage development by negotiating costs with suppliers to ensure quality and optimal pricing
  • Ensure all packaging meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals
Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management)
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development
  • Specific experience in textile or accessories product development is beneficial
