Product Development Manager

This is a remote product development role where you will be involved in the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into viable commercial products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, project management, and communication with suppliers. They will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, legal, compliance, quality, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful launches and running changes.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and evaluating new product ideas, researching and selecting suppliers, coordinating with other team members, managing project timelines, and reviewing performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in product development with end-to-end experience from ideation to mass production.
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
- Good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
