Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Strategist to lead product development from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets company objectives and goals. The successful candidate will have a critical role in driving product innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, updating them proactively on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
