As a detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigator, you'll analyze video footage from self-service stores to identify potential theft incidents. This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents.
  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines.
  • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels.
  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed.
  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
  • Able to maintain focus while reviewing video content.
  • Excellent written communication skills are necessary.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
  • 5-day intensive training program.
  • Training hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH time (1-hour unpaid lunch break).
  • Must be available for full training schedule.
