Assistant Store Manager Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing leadership to the store team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular attendance, adaptability, and flexibility to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Deliver legendary customer service through GURA principles: greet, uncover, recommend, ask, and appreciate.
  • Proficient in all Team Leader and Receiver functions.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desired.
