Overview

MediCard Phils., Inc. is one of the country's leading HMO organizations, founded and run by doctors. MediCard focuses on service-oriented total health care. The company operates with more than half a million members, over 54,000 accredited doctors, and a network of more than 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with hospitals minus confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill the vacancy described below.

Responsibilities
  1. Manages the leads distribution and monitoring of sales conversions for submission to the Retail Head of Sales.
  2. Monitors sales across all products under MediCard Retail.
  3. Support in answering phone calls as part of applying member's screening process before endorsement of possible client to the sales team.
  4. Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, reports distribution and managing the correspondence between the sales, clients, and other departments of MediCard involved in Retail Sales processing.
  5. Attends onsite activities initiated by Marketing and Retail Group.
  6. Coordination of various requisitions between Retail and other MediCard Business Units.
