Market Management Systems Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the technical delivery of our Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual commitments are met and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

The role requires a high level of customer contact, technical expertise, and collaboration with global teams. You will lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers, coordinate with internal teams and external clients, manage customer interactions, and collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, particularly in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS is essential.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is highly desirable.

  • This position is remote, with no relocation assistance available.
