Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via specialized tools
  • Utilizing platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and online communities for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to enhance hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Prior experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, strong follow-up skills, and effectiveness in closing candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of creative sourcing methods using social media, job boards, and AI-powered tools
  • Proficiency in using tools like CareerPlug, specialized interview software, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail when handling compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup
