Remote Accounting Professional

This position involves supporting a U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main accounting duties encompass accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial assistance tasks.
  • Enter all supplier invoices into QuickBooks and prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts to ensure timely payments.
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion and conduct routine collection follow-ups, issue past-due notices, and statements as necessary.
  • Manage royalty entry submissions and assist in preparing year-end financial statements accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions, perform general clerical support, and resolve assigned accounting issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting is required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook), are necessary.
