As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Whether it's through phone, email, or chat, you will be the face of our company and provide top-notch support to our customers.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Continuously improve customer experience by staying up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of BPO working experience or 1 year of customer service work experience
- At least 2 years of college education or an associate degree
- Residence outside of 50 KM radius from the TaskUs office
- A long-term work-from-home setup
