About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality legal services to support the operations of the Philippine Football Federation Inc.

  • The successful candidate will review/draft contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents to ensure they are valid, binding, and enforceable under any court of law.
  • They will update, manage & secure the integrity of documentation, and ensure that the company's interests are protected under the law.
  • Key responsibilities include establishing/improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc., and performing other functions as may be required by the PFF Management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.

  • Candidate must have strong knowledge of business laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in football governance or sports administration is an asset.
