Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales objectives for the assigned brand monitor monthly.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/service.
  3. Develop annual brand plan, brand strategy/positioning, including pricing and packaging artwork specifications, for the assigned/new brands.
  4. Develop 360° communication plan and promotional campaigns for HCP and Consumer using different platforms available including social media, PR, and website, aligned with Global Brand campaign.
  5. Develop ATL and BTL product strategy for HCP and consumers, including promotional materials.
  6. Develop launch plan and implementation tactics for new products.
  7. Close coordination with internal departments related to approvals, contracts, project implementation, and monitoring of KPIs.
  8. Coordinate the logistics to allow accurate product supply from plant to distribution channels and delivery into the market in cooperation with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  9. Prepare and manage Marketing budget of the brand and ensure its adequate execution in order to achieve the marketing objectives and the agreed contribution.
  10. Provide technical expertise, train and motivate Sales Force and external partners on promotional brand execution.
  11. Manage the relationships with the local advertising and communication agencies and design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the brand/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
  12. Contribute to the analysis of Brand performance per channel and per account and make proposals to improve the sales performance.
  13. Recommend strategic plans/vision for future growth of the brand.
  14. Propose local Post Marketing Study (PMS) and market research plans that will validate promotional directions and plan of action.
  15. Identify and analyze local customer needs and market opportunities.
  16. Prepare assigned product line objectives and development schedules for medium/long term plan.
  17. Manage day-to-day progress of product performance.
  18. Gather competitive intelligence via online and offline research, website, field work, and consumer insight.
  19. Provide monthly communication to the field team on the brand performance, promotional direction, and motivational communications.
  20. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  21. Responsible for complying with the Company's Health, Safety, and Environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, or Science degree.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management, public, doctors, or sales forces in oral and written form.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or sales force.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical information.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
