Team Performance Director

The role of the Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of a team. Key responsibilities include overseeing Client Service Level Agreements, analyzing and implementing improvement plans as needed; generating revenue through effective forecasting, budgeting, and data collection; selecting, training, and managing direct reports; and fostering strong relationships with client partners.
- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans to ensure optimal performance.
- Maximize revenue generation by effectively forecasting, budgeting, and collecting billable/non-billable hours data.
- Select, train, develop, and manage direct reports, assigning work according to company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Manage operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports).
- Create and maximize relationships with client partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring consistent administration of company policies and standards.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (with at least two years of progressive management experience) is preferred.
- Call center experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans that maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
- Able to analyze and improve work processes, establishing a course of action for self and others to achieve specific goals.
- Work well under pressure, following through on tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to internal and external associates.
- Able to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
- Flexible schedule required.
