Web Content Specialist Job Overview

The ideal candidate will create impactful web experiences and drive digital content operations. This role involves refining skills in Contentful and collaborating with international teams to deliver high-quality web content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build fully functioning Contentful pages from wireframes and briefs, configuring components and scheduling go-lives.
  • Manage localization workflows, ensuring locale-specific metadata, hreflang tags, and accurate navigation elements across languages.
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch.
  • Implement content updates, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages.
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs.
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content.
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions).
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
