Web Presence Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical and creative skills to drive digital presence forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Web Management
    • Develop and maintain websites, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and security.
    • Design and implement engaging blog layouts using Elementor/Custom HTML/CSS/JS.
  • SEO & Discoverability
    • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and online visibility.
  • Content Publishing
    • Manage timely content posting, guaranteeing accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Content Strategy
    • Collaborate with marketing/content teams to align web content with campaigns and business objectives.
  • Accessibility Compliance
    • Ensure websites meet accessibility standards by conducting regular audits and implementing improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Provide regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
  • Project Management
    • Lead/support web-related projects, including design updates, new page creation, and UX enhancements.
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish/enforce processes for managing outdated content and ensuring quality consistency.
  • Integration Management
    • Manage/maintain integrations with third-party tools, CRMs, analytics, and marketing platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring
    • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve web strategy executions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS WordPress, Elementor, SEO tools, web analytics, hosting platforms, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and detail-oriented solutions.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
