Insurance Product Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining insurance products that meet the needs of our members.

  • Develop and implement new insurance product ideas based on market trends and customer feedback;
  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of products and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct annual product reviews to ensure they remain relevant and effective;
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory bodies;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop promotional plans that align with product line strategy;
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field;
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance product development or a related field;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Strong analytical, composition, and prioritization skills;
  • Detailed-oriented and organized with excellent coordination skills;
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
