Job Description

The AP Specialist will:

• Process the valid invoices and expense reports timely and ensure accuracy for posted transactions in SAP and/or ERIC system.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment status and discrepancies.
• Ability to identify the corresponding VAT and withholding tax of invoice and transactions to process
• Prepare and provide BIR 2307 form to all paid invoices of vendors.
• Assist on reconciliation during month-end
• Adhere to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Specialist should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
