Job Description

The role of Data Analyst is a pivotal position that plays a critical part in supercharging Finder's data capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and improving data analytics capabilities to support product teams with insights gained from analyzing company data.

The Data Analyst will work closely with various teams, including product, engineering, client services, and publishing, to drive business results with their data-derived insights. They must have a proven ability to identify opportunities for product and process optimization and to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

Responsibilities:
  • Support decision-making processes with facts, insights, and recommendations.
  • Determine the best course of action for analysis and gather requirements.
  • Define robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes.
  • Identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas using data.
  • Plan and prioritize insights that drive Finder targets.
  • Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results, and recommend next steps.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
