Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and supporting the Marketing & Sales functions across various markets.

The Process Manager will deliver reports and presentations that help address business objectives, manage team activities, and drive process improvements. They will also collaborate with various teams to innovate reporting processes and represent the company in defining strategic initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team activities to deliver regular M&S reporting to markets in scope and achieve defined KPI targets
  • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, manage productivity, and workload distribution
  • Drive process improvements, support development and succession planning, foster open communication, lead hiring, maintain team motivation, and implement automation solutions
  • Represent the company in cross-functional collaborations, drive best practice sharing, and ensure all SOPs and important documents are updated and relevant
Requirements
  • Bachelor/University Degree preferably in Economics, Business, or Math
  • 8-10 years of professional experience with strong focus on reports/service delivery, data analytics, project management, and people management
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with automation tools (VBA, Macro), Power BI, SQL, Java, Python
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
