Organisational Development Expertise

We seek a skilled professional to deliver impactful organisational development initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and leverage your expertise in designing and implementing effective training programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Learning Content Design: Create engaging learning content for various modalities, including digital platforms.
  • Training Facilitation: Deliver high-quality training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Project Management: Assist with the planning and deployment of key programs and curriculums.
  • Organisational Development Projects: Lead and support various OD projects, such as capability framework embedding and listening solutions.
  • Faculty Coordination: Source and coordinate program faculty to support learning initiatives.
  • Reporting & Administration: Provide reporting and administrative support for OD projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources.
  • Experience working in a large global organisation, planning program deployment at scale.
  • Strong instructional design and content creation skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources.
  • Experience working in a large global organisation.
