About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, providing guidance and support to clients, and contributing to the development of HR initiatives.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives, supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans for critical roles
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to changing dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience
