Job Summary

About the Role

The Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for leading a team to improve the shopping experience for customers. This includes representing customer interests in business decisions, monitoring and reporting on customer experience KPIs, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a continuous learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the customer experience team to improve the shopping experience for customers.
  • Represent customer interests in business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges.
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude.
