Your expertise in leveraging process, technology and systems will enable you to identify and analyze business and functional requirements, ensuring successful system implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Capture business requirements and system processes through collaborative workshops.
  • Develop requirements documents, specifications, process flows and diagrams for effective communication.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Maintain Time and Attendance systems to guarantee accurate employee payments.

With your strong analytical skills and ability to critically evaluate information, you will play a vital role in driving business success and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in time & attendance process definition and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with executing T&A system implementations and projects.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
