Job Opportunity

As a critical member of our research team, you will be responsible for collecting data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone and online inquiries.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to campaign targets.
  • Have a strong understanding of data research principles.
  • Understand project procedures and processes related to client engagement and value provision.
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services.
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace changes, including processes, goals, and requirements.
  • Meet project expectations while maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain personal equipment to ensure maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing.
  • Clear understanding of credit checks and credit requirements.
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks; ability to follow scripts, probe, and persist to obtain rate/fee details.
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy.
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking skills; high attention to detail; comfort with call recordings and QA scoring.
  • Data entry discipline in a form-based tool/CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/Google Sheets).
  • Availability to cover US business hours.
