Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in a remote setup. As an accounting specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the business.

You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in financial records, as well as providing reliable financial insights to support leadership decision-making.

The Role: Financial Manager

Imagine being the person who oversees the financial operations of a company, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You'll help identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize financial performance.

You'll work closely with other teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to uncover trends and patterns in financial data, informing strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record journal entries and general ledger transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Perform variance analysis and explain key fluctuations
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate with numbers
  • Understanding of GAAP and accounting workflows
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software
  • Professional English communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines in a remote setup
