Job Title:

Maximizing Human Resource Potential

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations to strengthen the overall performance of our organization. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in human resource management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and performance documentation with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure accurate file management and version control within HR systems by implementing robust organizational strategies.
  • Protect confidential information and handle sensitive data with discretion, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance to foster a culture of growth and development.
  • Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions to address complex challenges and drive results.
  • Post roles, screen candidates, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
  • Ensure consistent candidate communication and maintain structured pipelines to optimize recruitment efficiency.
  • Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions from offer through onboarding to guarantee successful new hire integration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across states by staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation in HR systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Liaise with external HR consultants to implement compliant practices and stay informed about emerging trends and innovations.
  • Track staff training, licenses/certifications, and continuing education requirements to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Coordinate professional development support for international staff to address unique needs and promote inclusive growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Assistant role with a demonstrated ability to drive results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HRIS platforms to streamline workflow and enhance collaboration.
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including PIPs, compliance, and employee relations to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with international staff and stakeholders.
