Strategy Execution Partner

 

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategy execution partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our IT strategic direction by translating the CIO's vision into actionable plans.

 

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Strategy Map Execution: Develop and refresh our multi-year strategy, translate the CIO's vision into a clear strategy map with focus areas, success metrics, and strategic shifts. Manage the strategic planning cycle including annual and quarterly reviews.
  2. Strategy Integration: Align our strategies with business and enabling units, surfacing interdependencies, and integrating with Singtel Group transformation programs to reflect IT's value in business transformation.
  3. Execution Partner for CIO Priorities: Mobilize, track, and resolve flagship programs sponsored by the CIO. Serve as a program integrator for high-impact initiatives, escalate roadblocks, and propose corrective actions.
  4. Strategic Communications and Executive Support: Develop briefings, updates, and storytelling content for the CIO, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  5. Strategic Tracking & Calendar Orchestration: Maintain a master calendar for strategic planning and review activities. Track our contribution to enterprise initiatives and synthesize progress reports for reviews.
