Pearl is looking for a highly skilled Office Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization.

About the Role:
  • Direct Executive Support
  • Manage executives' schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Act as liaison between executives and departments.
Operations Support
  • Ensure smooth workflow and resource management across teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Project Management
  • Plan, execute, and track project progress.
  • Define scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of projects.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Canva, with a portfolio of previous work required to move forward for the role.
  • Background in customer support and/or marketing roles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with minimal accent.
  • Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly.
