Job Title:

Data Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Automation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the field of data automation.

  • This role involves designing and building robust data workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business requirements into functional automation designs and have a strong understanding of API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Solid knowledge of Airtable automations, scripting, and formulas is also a must.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Able to communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal product/operations teams—requires strong spoken and written English.
Bonus Points:

If you have any of the following skills, it would be a great plus:

  • Background in BPO, tech consulting, or client-facing support with U.S. clients.
  • Experience designing structured AI workflows.
  • Comfort working with globally distributed, remote teams.
  • Agile or iterative delivery experience.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for building intelligent workflows with global impact.

You will work directly with product and operations teams to deliver AI-powered automation solutions to our US-based clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and building robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform.
  2. Developing and refining prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  3. Integrating APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  4. Automating business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  5. Leading testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  6. Contributing to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.
