Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled copywriter to craft high-performing content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop campaign concepts and write engaging, on-brand copy that drives results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the creation of end-to-end copy for campaigns, including email, social media, and LinkedIn.
  • Build messaging frameworks and create hooks, angles, and CTAs tailored to specific ICPs and buyer stages.
  • Write compelling posts and threads for executives, as well as short video scripts and captions.
  • Develop campaign assets, such as sequences, DMs, InMails, snippets, landing page headlines, and ad copy.
  • A/B test subject lines, openers, value props, and CTAs; iterate based on performance data.
  • Maintain a weekly content calendar and repurpose high-performing content across channels.
  • Collaborate with strategy, research, and SDR teams to align targeting and offers.
  • Use AI tools for research, brief creation, and variations – delivering original, high-quality copy.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including reply rate, booking rate, CTR, engagement, and follower growth.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B copywriting, focusing on performance and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of writing effective LinkedIn and email sequences, as well as social posts that drive conversions.
  • Mastery of concise, executive-friendly messaging and clear, compelling CTAs.
  • Native-level English proficiency with impeccable grammar and tone control across industries.
  • Strong understanding of modern outbound and social mechanics (hooks, pattern breaks, objection handling).
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable interpreting metrics and iterating rapidly.
  • Experience using AI ethically to accelerate research and ideation while delivering original copy.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours, manage deadlines, and start immediately.
