Web Content Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the digital content operations team, you will be responsible for creating and managing web pages using Contentful.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining web content, with experience in Contentful page builds, meticulous QA skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives
  • Manage localization workflows, cloning and QAing translated variants, ensuring locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages
  • Perform end-to-end QA, including design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday preferred)
