Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and revenue cycle management, with experience in developing curriculum, training syllabus, and course modules.


  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs for new and existing forensic billers on medical billing, claim denials & appeals, and revenue cycle management.

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions to ensure that participants understand the material and can apply it in their work.

  • Update Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and update training materials accordingly.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience: At least one year of experience in training or a related field.
  • Medical Billing Expertise: Strong knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management principles and practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and motivate individuals to achieve goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
