International Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our international expansion efforts.

About The Role

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive e-commerce experience, particularly in scaling brands from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues. As International Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in brand development, paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to expand into international markets (US and UK).
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of our brand to resonate with international audiences while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
  • Analyze user behavior and optimize website content to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to meet key objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in scaling e-commerce businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Hands-on experience with brand development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of managing or building marketing teams.
