Senior Financial Accountant

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Head of Finance and Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, adhering to GAAP and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The core responsibility of this role will be to support the company's month-end close procedures and maintenance of associated workpapers.
  • Manage the entire fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
  • Coordinate with our Revenue / Receivables team to drive timely cash applications.
  • Execute month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper elimination entries are made.
  • Assist in preparing schedules and providing documentation for annual financial audits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience as an in-house accounting professional preparing month-end close reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
  • A completed university degree in accounting; CPA (or similar international charter) preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets also required.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with GAAP accounting.
