Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, where your expertise will make a visible impact and enable career progression to Finance Manager level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading month-end close processes, analyzing reports from Xero, and building and maintaining Excel-based financial models (including three-way forecasting).

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle, manage intercompany journals, transactions, and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, consolidate reporting across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data, provide financial analysis and insights that help shape business decisions, act as a trusted partner to leadership, deliver confidence and clarity around numbers, prepare SaaS Metrics reporting, and identify and implement process improvements in our Finance processes.

Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualified with Australia or New Zealand experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Experience leading month-end close processes – end to end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.
  • Experience managing a team.

Additional Information

This role requires excellent written and verbal English communication skills, high-level proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling, experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting, and the ability to work independently and deliver reliably.
