Job Overview

Support marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks for various projects including entertainment shows, workshops, and a global online coaching platform launch.

  • Contribute to the promotion of an upcoming circus show by managing ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building efforts.
  • Assist with creating and tracking Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reports.
  • Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launches targeting the USA and Europe.
  • Develop and manage lead capture systems, funnels, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Grow and utilize email lists for various audiences, including users of entertainment shows and studios.
  • Compose and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate in pre-launch strategy development for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing techniques.
  • Help drive sign-ups and trials after the app's launch.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to ease the workload of the project leader.
  • Work together with the social media manager as part of the marketing team.
  • Provide strategic input by suggesting improvements and innovative marketing ideas.
About You

The company is seeking an individual with:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions.
  • Excellent communication skills; responsive and reliable.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work during Brisbane, Australia hours.
