Job Title:

Senior Financial Analyst is a role that requires strong analytical skills to manage the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure accurate calculations.

This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments. The Senior Financial Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills to lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently. They will also oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
  • Maintain sales compensation documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
