Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Analyst. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Collections function.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will supervise a team of 2-7 analysts, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the AR & Collections process, ensuring alignment with our financial goals and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to optimize the AR & Collections process and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable and collections.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience in AR & Collection is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines are necessary.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle is preferred.
