Job Summary

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and facilitating timely communication among stakeholders.

This nationwide project requires someone who is able to work independently with minimal supervision, travel frequently, and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables.
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays.
  • Help track contract or grant compliance and maintain related documentation.
  • Organize and manage shared folders and files to ensure proper version control.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
