Qualifications
  • Professional experience: At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
  • Project Management skills: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy.
  • Relationship Management skills: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any 4-year related course. Master's Degree is an advantage.
