Job Title

The ideal candidate will lead the migration of operations to Zoho, including inventory management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and financial integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho for seamless operation.
  • Ensure efficient integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
