A Senior Operations and Technical Executive is sought after to spearhead the management of large-scale VoIP platforms. This key position within our Infrastructure Engineering group demands a seasoned professional who can effectively oversee the build, operation, maintenance, and improvement of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing VoIP platform performance and scalability.
  • Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with other technical components.
  • Analyze system requirements and propose cost-effective solutions to address operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • No less than three years of senior-level experience in Linux Systems Administration across various core distributions.
  • Advanced expertise in complex shell scripting for automation purposes.
  • Familiarity with BigCouch/CouchDB and MySQL databases, including tables, replications, backups, files, and content.
  • Extensive knowledge of VoIP SIP and RTP protocols, as well as software platforms like SBCs, proxies, WAFs, load balancers, feature servers, class 4 and 5 platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SIP/RTP software/daemons/applications configuration and functionality.
  • No less than three years of hands-on experience engineering and operating voice telecommunications services based on Kazoo, FreeSWITCH, RabbitMQ, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, VoIPMonitor, etc.
  • Proficiency in the LAMP software stack and Docker containers.
  • Experience managing KVM, Hyper-V, and VMware clustered bare-metal hypervisor platforms, as well as AWS and Rackspace cloud VMs.
  • Expertise in building, managing, configuring, and maintaining development, lab, pre-production, and production Linux servers (kernels, images, change management, security, AAA, logging, libraries, centralized logging, jump servers, daemons, monitoring/alerting platforms).
  • Able to develop and maintain compliance for ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI standards and certification requirements.
