Global Operations Manager Job Description

The role of Global Operations Manager involves overseeing a team responsible for executing operational processes in support of sales organizations globally. This is a remote position that requires the ability to work from anywhere and collaborate with colleagues across different locations.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists who are responsible for supporting Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners with app questions during the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales specialists to ensure they are achieving and exceeding internal KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Highly proficient with Excel, including creating ad hoc formulas
