Job Summary:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of product testers to develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

  • Estimate test efforts, prioritize testing activities, and manage testing schedules with precision.
  • Delve into test results, identify root causes of defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Expertly estimate test efforts and prioritize testing activities.
  • Manage complex testing schedules and analyze test results with accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business-related fields.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in manual or automated product testing, project management.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
