Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes.

You will work closely with the CEO to ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes, as well as aligning the team to deliver effectively.

In this role, you will define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, translate strategic goals into executable development plans, and provide realistic delivery estimates.

You will also oversee and support our global team, track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output, and act as a communication bridge between the CEO and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors, with a proven track record of delivering complex product workflows and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Agile Development: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership;
  • Team Management: Experience working with remote teams, ability to manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement;
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational and planning skills, collaborate with the CEO to align roadmap and goals, set realistic delivery expectations;
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment, able to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight;
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams, experience collaborating with global teams is valued.
