Product Development Lead

In this role, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to delivery. As a key member of our cross-functional team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet customer needs and align with our company's strategic objectives.

  • You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineers to define product strategy, identify market opportunities, and prioritize features.
  • Your expertise in Agile methodologies and lean principles will enable you to efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining product roadmaps, collaborating with designers to create user-centered designs, and working with data analysts to inform product decisions.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and drive implementation.
  • A deep understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
