Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting and be able to develop and maintain accurate financial models. They will also be responsible for preparing detailed financial plans or budgets for new business acquisitions.

Collaboration and Communication: The selected individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Projects Team, R&D, Store SBU, and Logistics, to gather and determine critical information for financial projections.

Financial Modeling and Analysis: Our ideal candidate will create and maintain comprehensive financial models for new business financial outlooks, convert cost calculations and allocations for new products, and review standard product costing from R&D.

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a finance-related course, along with at least three years of relevant work experience specializing in Product Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Cost Management.

Additional Requirements: A Graduate degree is preferred, and the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in various cost accounting principles (standard costing, activity-based costing, and cost allocation) and inventory management principles.

Accounting Software and ERP Systems: Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is essential, and certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: We offer a hybrid work arrangement in Laguna, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
