Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the senior executive, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.

Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Impeccable integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in Makati, working on-site with the senior executive and other team members.

The role will require flexibility in terms of working hours to meet the demands of the executive's schedule and business needs.
